How do custom orders work?
1. Submit your request
Complete the form below with the exact firearm, light, carry style, and customization details.
2. We review your request
We’ll review your request to confirm fitment, mold availability, and production requirements. We may contact you for additional details to ensure we fully understand your setup and can complete the order properly.
3. Receive your quote
If we can proceed, we’ll send pricing, available options, estimated production time, and payment instructions.
4. We build your holster
Production begins after the details are confirmed and payment is received. Custom-order production times are quoted individually and may be longer than our standard 3–5 businessday processing time.
Custom order terms
Approval
Submitting the form does not guarantee approval. Some combinations cannot be manufactured due to mold availability, fitment concerns, or equipment limitations. EDK Tactical reserves the right to refuse custom orders.
Pricing
Custom pricing depends on the requested design, materials, hardware, and production requirements. Pricing will be confirmed before payment.
Changes and cancellations
All details must be confirmed before production begins. Changes may not be possible once materials have been cut or production has started.
Returns and exchanges
Approved custom orders are made specifically for the requested configuration and are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer selection errors or preference changes.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects remain covered under the EDK Tactical warranty. Normal wear, incorrect firearm information, unauthorized modifications, and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.
Artwork and logos
We cannot reproduce copyrighted artwork, company logos, trademarked designs, or protected graphics without appropriate authorization.
