Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee may apply.

Before returning an item, please contact us at EDKTactical@gmail.com. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with all included hardware, accessories, and packaging
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom, personalized, or specially requested products
• Items that have been used, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Clearance, blemished, or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Items returned without prior approval
